We are currently seeking an Evening Operations Supervisor to support our field operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines supervision, customer service, parking operations, event support, and maintenance responsibilities.
Shifts are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Friday to Tuesday , with weekend and event availability required.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and support to frontline parking staff.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and operational audits.
- Support parking enforcement and customer service activities.
- Assist with traffic control and event parking operations.
- Respond to customer concerns and operational issues.
- Complete reports, inspections, and incident documentation.
- Assist with maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and sign installation.
- Ensure sites are safe, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Utilize mobile applications and software platforms for reporting and operations.
- Support training and coaching of employees.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using technology, mobile applications, and reporting software.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be available to work mostly evenings, including late nights
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must have maintained personal vehicle insurance for a minimum of 3 years, and be able to supply insurance history
- Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
