We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and service quality
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times
