NorthStar Ford is looking for a Service Department Administrator / Support role to join our team in Fort McMurray!
The Service Administrator is an administrative support role whose primary focus is to perform administrative functions such as (not limited to) producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, gathering data and uploading information into trackers for reporting or for monthly Technician and Manager meetings, department meetings, forecasting data and accounting functions related to the Managers area of responsibility.
Pay: $25-$27 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, no nights or weekends.
Qualifications;
- Post secondary education in business administration or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with a heavy focus on Excel.
- Must have experience in roles that required excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet people and business demands.
- Have a valid drivers license as travel between locations in Fort McMurray may be required.
