Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will handle projects from framing to finish work, ensuring everything is built to code and meets our strict quality standards. You will also help oversee junior crew members and interact with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
- Perform framing, roofing, window/door installations, and exterior trim.
- Execute high-end finish carpentry, including crown molding, baseboards, and custom built-ins.
- Manage materials and ensure the job site is safe and clean.
- Lead and mentor apprentices or laborers on site.
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of professional carpentry and labour experience.
- Proficient with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations (OSHA/local equivalent).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own set of standard hand tools and tool belt.

What You'll Do:
- Work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and deck builds.
- Handle demolition, structural framing, drywall patching, and trim work.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians) to keep projects moving.
- Maintain a respectful, clean workspace for our homeowners.
