WDC Disability Tax Specialist Inc. is seeking to hire a Case Manager
What you will do -
In this role you will handle all primary correspondence with various medical practitioners, clinics etc. you must be able to effectively and efficiently manage your own schedule and execute assigned duties.
You will work with financial/confidential data that will need to be analyzed, organized, etc. Working closely with other members of our team, you must have the ability to communicate effectively with employees as well as clients.
Primary responsibilities will include -
- Preparing, filing and faxing paperwork
- Tracking/managing your schedule and clientele
- Build long lasting relationships with colleagues and associates
- Requesting/tracking medical history
Other Duties will include but not limited to -
- Administrative tasks
- Various tasks as directed

Experience -
- Customer service and/or admin experience
- Experience managing own clientele
- Experience/knowledge of canadian tax system is an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
Full time (40 hours per week)
Starting salary: $17-22 (Depending on Experience/credentials)
