**Responsibilities:**
- Handle all aspects of patient care which include: scheduling, phone calls, responding to emails, prebooking, billing, insurance claims, predetermination management
- Coordinate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in dental reception is required
- Experience with Gold Dental software an asset
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MaxAssist is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**Shifts**
Full-Time (Hours and schedule to be discussed with the right candidate):
Full-Time Position - 1 evening per week &
1-2 Saturday per month
Our office hours are:
Mon - Thurs 7am-8pm
Fri - 7am-4pm
Sat - 8am-4pm
We are closed for long weekends.
