Duties
We work in a metal manufacturing, construction, and installation environment. This is a physically demanding role. If you enjoy hands on work and learning new skilled trades, you will excel in this position. Attention to detail is critical to this role and you must be able to be a team player.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Working knowledge of various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self motivation and results orientated.
- Follow direction and stay on the task at hand.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Support team members with manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and assembling materials
- Operate basic tools and equipment as directed by supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns promptly
- Help with setting up workstations and preparing materials for different tasks
- Support the overall efficiency of daily operations by completing assigned duties in a timely manner
Experience and Capabilities
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential· Experience in construction environment for up to 1 year would be an asset.
- Must possess transportation to and from Delhi, Ontario. There is no public transit available.
- Valid G license
- WHMIS, Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, Forklift, etc. certificates are an asset, but we are willing to train.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, complete work in a timely manner, strong work ethic.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and mature.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
