About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our service operations. This is an in-office role that works closely with field technicians and plays a key part in keeping jobs on track, information accurate, and communication flowing.
This position is well-suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized under pressure, and follows through on tasks without needing constant direction.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday
What You Will Be Doing:
Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate incoming service requests and align them with technician availability
- Adjust schedules throughout the day to keep operations running efficiently
- Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure work is completed as planned
- Ensure all job details (labour, materials, notes) are accurate and complete
Operations Support
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records across systems and files
- Support day-to-day operational needs including supplies, vendors, and internal processes
- Identify gaps or delays and take initiative to resolve them
- Assist with compiling service data for invoicing and internal tracking
Team & Process Support
- Support coordination of schedules, onboarding logistics, and internal updates
- Track time-off requests, training, and general team information
- Act as a reliable point of contact for follow-ups and internal communication
Client Communication
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding service status
- Follow up on outstanding items and ensure issues are resolved
- Maintain a professional, solution-focused approach in all interactions

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
