Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Research industry trends and competitor activities
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content
Business Development
- Support lead generation and prospect research activities
- Assist with customer outreach and follow-up communications
- Maintain and update CRM databases
- Help identify new business opportunities and target markets
Website & Digital Marketing
- Update and maintain the company website using WordPress
- Publish blog posts and optimize content for SEO
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives and online campaigns
Graphic Design
- Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Design flyers, product sheets, banners, and presentations
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience with WordPress website management
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Knowledge of SEO principles is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
- Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- WordPress
- HubSpot or CRM software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (an asset)
- Photography or video editing experience (an asset)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
