Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for custom architectural millwork projects and working closely with project managers, production staff, and clients to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed millwork shop drawings, production drawings, and assembly details.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications.
- Develop accurate drawings for manufacturing and installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, production personnel, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Revise drawings as required based on project changes and approvals.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and manufacturing requirements.
- Assist with material take-offs and project documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience using Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or related industries.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of millwork construction methods and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and other drafting software is considered an asset.
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
