Education Sales & Student Success Specialist (Teaching + Enrollment)
JEI Learning Center is looking for a motivated, people-oriented Education Sales & Student Success Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines student instruction with education sales and enrollment support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, building relationships with families, and helping students achieve academic success.
This is a year-round, permanent position with regular working hours Monday to Friday, between 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The exact schedule will be discussed during the preliminary interview.
Responsibilities
- Teach JEI Math, JEI English and Camp programs to JK to Grade 8 elementary students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Meet with prospective families to introduce JEI programs and recommend appropriate learning plans
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into student enrollments
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective families
- Support student retention by delivering excellent educational experiences and customer service
- Participate in community outreach, school events, and enrollment campaigns
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and student records as needed

Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, education, or academic coaching
- Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or parent-facing roles is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with elementary and middle school students
- Comfortable using computers (Canva) and learning new software (QuickBooks)
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays
Nice to Have
- Experience at a tutoring center, learning center, or private education provider
- Experience with student assessments or academic planning
- CRM, customer relationship management, or enrollment experience
- Bilingual skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean are an asset)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
