Position Summary
We are currently hiring a 309A Licensed Electrician with experience in residential, agricultural and commercial electrical work.
Note: This position is for 309A Licensed Journeypersons only.
Responsibilities:
- Complete residential service upgrades and panel swaps
- Install EV circuits and stations in homes, businesses, multi-resi and more.
- Perform commercial and residential electrical installations
- Install and bend conduit (½" to 3") and perform related wiring
- Communicate effectively with clients and site personnel
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Perform troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Install and test communication wiring (ethernet)
- Provide your own hand tools to complete tasks. Specialty tools provided by company e.g. SDS, coring drills, Bandsaws and more.
Experience:
- Valid 309A Electrical License (Ontario)
- Solid knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certification
Pay: $38.00 per hour
