Job Title: Store Clerk
Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada

About the role
Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our cannabis retail store. As a Store Clerk you’ll support safe, sales of cannabis products while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, verify age and valid ID before any sale.
- Assist customers with product selection, explain product types, potency, effects, dosing, and proper storage in a clear, non-technical way.
- Operate POS system accurately; process cash and electronic payments, apply discounts/promotions.
- Receive, verify, and shelve inventory; perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep sales floor, display cases, and storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
- Package and label products per policy; follow safety and sanitation procedures.
- Educate customers about responsible use and safety.
Qualifications & skills
- Must be legally minimum age 19 yrs. old as required by law.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with point-of-sale, inventory software, and cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity; ability to follow procedures.
- Prior retail or cannabis industry experience a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
Working conditions & compensation
- Shift work including days, afternoons and weekends; competitive hourly wage.
- Training provided.
