We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loading and Unloading Associate to join our clients warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading/unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role is vital in maintaining smooth logistics flow and supporting order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Location: Richmond, BC
Pay Rate: $18–$21 per hour
Shifts:
- Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset
- VO collect experience is an asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently
- Sorting, organizing, and staging products
- Picking and packing orders
- Operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
- Performing inventory checks and cycle counts
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed
