Direct Report: Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Duties include:
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues as required by the Corporation
- Prioritize the maintenance of and repair tasks
- Control and monitor inventory of parts and supplies
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities including but not limited to minor electrical repair and maintenance, plumbing repair and maintenance, building repair and maintenance, clearing of snow and ice when required
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activates
- Driving Hotel Shuttle to and from Calgary International Airport.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors
- Other tasks as required by Property Managers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctions and breakdowns
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to get around (ie. read maps) - Good knowledge of the city is essential
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Clean criminal record
