Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of residential and commercial properties. Having EXCELENT English Language skills is a must.
Showing & Prospecting Agent Role:
We are offering an opportunity to be a part of our growing downtown Real Estate Team, at our office in downtown Vancouver. You will have your own desk, and will be starting with a part time position.
Salary / Pay: $500/ sale of the company listings you show and buyers you help tour. For clients 'assigned' to you as buyers or sellers you will receive a commission percentage share.
Please note:
MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENCE (TRADING SERVICES or Property Management)
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND SPOKEN.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
-Graphic Design Experience, Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Photography are Very Strong Assets.
-Being able to speak another language is an asset.

Work Location: In Person as required, and remotely.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively using various platforms.
- Learn how to negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
