The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Red Seal Electrician who can run a service truck, solve problems on-site, and help us deliver both local service work and industrial/controls projects. If you’re already strong in industrial/controls, Service upgrades, and EV infrastructure upgrades—or hungry to learn—you’re our kind of electrician.
You’ll also have the chance to earn commission bonuses for work you bring in and approved extras you upsell to existing clients.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in homes, businesses, and industrial facilities
- Handle service calls: panel work, circuits, lighting, EV‑ready upgrades, troubleshooting, small TI/reno projects
- Assist with and/or lead industrial electrical and controls work (MCCs, motors, VFDs, basic PLC/HMI and I/O support) as your experience grows
- Read and interpret drawings, single‑line diagrams, and control schematics
- Perform CEC‑compliant installations with clean, documented work (photos, notes, as‑built info)
- Communicate clearly with clients and the office, provide options, and capture accurate field details
- Maintain your Sprinter, tools, and inventory to a high standard
What You Bring
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician (or BC TQ with Red Seal)
- preference will be given to candidates with with a FSR A or B
- Strong residential and/or commercial service experience
- Industrial electrical and controls experience OR strong willingness to learn
- Ability to read schematics, one‑lines, and wiring diagrams
- Solid troubleshooting skills for panels, motor controls, and distribution
- Safety‑first mindset (LOTO, PPE, CEC, industrial safety practices)
- Clean driving record and professional on‑site presence
- Comfort talking to clients, offering options, and spotting additional work that genuinely benefits them
Nice to Have
- Experience with MCCs, VFDs, motors, and basic PLC I/O verification
- Background in plants, mills, mines, or process facilities
- Experience working alongside instrumentation/controls techs
- Familiarity with apps/software for work orders and commissioning documentation
Location
- Based in Vancouver / Lower Mainland, daily local work with some industrial site visits (no remote camp)
