About the Opportunity
On behalf of our financial services client, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for one of their Southern Alberta locations. The successful candidate will have experience leading a team of professionals, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor branch performance and continue to expand the branch's client base and overall business portfolio.
- Provide oversight to lending, mortgage and investment solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Build relationships with the community at local events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Certifications (PFP and CFP) will be considered an asset.
- Proven leadership experience within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Knowledge and experience with credit adjudication and a solid understanding of risk management principles.
