Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing clinical team. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes, and be part of a workplace culture that values integrity, innovation, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities:
The typical responsibilities of the RMT include but are not limited to:
- Provide professional massage therapy assessments and treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario standards
- Collaborate with clinic professionals to support integrated care
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and recovery strategies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO
- Previous experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Working effectively within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
- Demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and patient care skills
Pay: Negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications
