Job Summary
RiseClear Property Services is hiring a friendly, hardworking window cleaning technician to service residential clients across the Winnipeg area. In this role, you'll visit homes, deliver spotless results, and leave customers genuinely happy with the work. This is a ground-level position — no heights, no lifts, no rope access. Just great technique, the right tools, and a strong work ethic. We'll train the right person from scratch, so if you're dependable and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Clean interior and exterior windows on residential homes using squeegees, microfibre cloths, and professional-grade cleaning solutions
- Use extension poles and water-fed pole (WFP) systems to reach second-storey windows safely from the ground
- Remove screens, clean window frames, sills, and tracks, and reinstall screens properly after each job
- Protect client property — lay down drop cloths, move furniture when needed, and leave every home exactly as you found it
- Greet homeowners professionally, walk them through the work completed, and ensure they're satisfied before leaving
- Follow a daily schedule of client appointments
- Keep all cleaning tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Assist with additional services as needed such as screen repair, gutter cleaning, or pressure washing
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
