Office Manager – Dream Orthodontics [South Surrey, BC] | Full-Time, Salaried | (commensurate with experience)

Dream Orthodontics is a thriving, fast-paced orthodontic clinic built on exceptional patient care and a high-performing team. We're growing - and we need a sharp, emotionally intelligent Office Manager who can be the operational backbone of everything we do.
This is a right-hand-to-the-doctor role. You'll own the people side of our practice: hiring the right humans, holding the team accountable, keeping schedules tight, and making sure we're always operating at the highest standard. What You'll Own
- Full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and offboarding : you build the team
- Performance management: reviews, coaching, difficult conversations
- Staff scheduling across a busy multi-chair clinic
- HR compliance, policy enforcement, and employee documentation
- Day-to-day operations- when something's broken, you fix it
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of office or practice management experience (healthcare or dental/orthodontics a strong asset)
- University degree preferred
- Demonstrated HR experience: you've hired, coached, and let people go
- Exceptionally high emotional intelligence: you read people well and communicate even better
- Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing
- Thick skin, warm heart, and a bias for action
