Pro Connections Employment Inc. is a growing employment agency that connects businesses with reliable, qualified workers across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Representative to help expand our client base by building relationships with new businesses and promoting our staffing services.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Introduce and promote our staffing and recruitment services to businesses.
- Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized client pipeline.
- Work closely with our recruitment team to understand client staffing needs.
- Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in marketing or business development for a staffing or employment agency (required).
- Strong cold-calling and communication skills.
- Experience generating new business and acquiring clients.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
