We are looking for a full-time construction labourer to support our construction manager in various renovation projects, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, etc. We are looking for a motivated person who has a good understanding of the construction industry with 6+ months of experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Hand and power tool experience
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Valid driver's license and owns a vehicle
- Punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Demolition
- Assist with general site preparation and clean-up as directed
- Framing
- Drywall boarding, taping, mudding and sanding
- Tile work
- Painting
- Site preparation and cleanup
