Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience to work on truck and trailer. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks, trailers to ensure optimal performance and safety. The position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of equipment and tools.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers,using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose mechanical issues utilizing and mechanical knowledge.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on vehicle systems.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed service records and document repairs accurately.
- Assist with assembly or installation of new equipment or parts when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in the truck & trailer repair.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, power tools, hand tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Good customer service skills for interacting with clients or team members.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
