Who we are
Kameview Financial Services Inc. is a growing advisory practice located in Ridgeville, ON (the Niagara Region). We are seeking an Associate Advisor to play a key role in supporting the Lead Advisor and enhancing the overall client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their involvement in financial planning and client relationships - not just administration. You will work closely with the Lead Advisor to free up their capacity, while ensuring client needs are executed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
What You Will Be Doing
Advisor Leverage & Client Meeting Support
- Attend client meetings alongside the Lead Advisor to gain first-hand understanding of client needs and strategies to be implemented
- Capture key action items and ensure timely follow-up and execution
- Proactively manage post-meeting workflows to keep plans moving forward
Client & Advisor Support
- Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Support ongoing client service and relationship management
Investment & Insurance Administration
- Process new accounts, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance
- Handle paperwork end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and completion
- Support licensed activities such as death claims and client servicing (if licensed)
- Liaise with carriers and internal partners to expedite processing
Client Service & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, notes, and documentation
- Track follow-ups and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support onboarding and client communication initiatives
Calendar & Workflow Management
- Coordinate and confirm client meetings
- Stay ahead of upcoming priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Operations & Compliance Support
- Ensure documentation meets compliance standards (KYC, AML, etc.)
- Maintain organized, audit-ready files
- Support reporting, deposits, and administrative processes
Process Improvement & Team Support
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment
Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a structured wealth management environment. You value accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through, and you take pride in supporting Advisors and clients through well-executed processes.
You are someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and follows through - helping the Advisor stay focused on high-value activities while you ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.
You also:
- Have experience in an administrative or client service role within financial services
- Have a solid understanding of investments and financial products
- Are mutual fund licensed or committed to becoming licensed within 3 months
- Understand compliance and documentation requirements (KYC, AML)
- Are highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Communicate professionally and build trust with clients and team members
- Are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Think ahead, solve problems, and take initiative
- Are reliable, discreet, and committed to high standards
- Are eager to learn and potentially grow into a more advanced advisory role over time
- Sun Life experience or familiarity is considered a strong asset

Compensation
The starting salary for this role is expected to be between $55,000 and $60,000. Compensation may be higher for candidates with mutual fund and insurance licensing, along with relevant industry experience.
