Dental Receptionist – Ridge Meadows Children's Dentistry (Maple Ridge, BC)
Ridge Meadows Children's Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental practice in Maple Ridge, and we’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team!
We’re seeking someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a team-focused, child-friendly environment. Your role will be essential in helping our practice deliver exceptional care to our young patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in dental reception is preferred
- Familiarity with Cleardent and RecallMax software is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who is adaptable, positive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn—we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate scheduling, patient records, and appointment confirmations
- Manage billing, insurance processing, and general administrative tasks
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help maintain a fun, calming environment for children
