We’re currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in fashion and jewelry to join our team!
This is a full‑time, permanent position offering approximately 34–40 hours per week.
Consistent weekend availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a genuine passion for fashion, jewelry, design, and current style trends.
- Brings proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a boutique or upscale fashion/jewelry environment. Experience with premium brands and accessories is a strong asset.
- Is seeking ongoing, long‑term employment, not a short‑term or summer-only opportunity.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and can build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
- Communicates clearly, collaborates well with others, and thrives in a team environment.
- Post-secondary education in fashion, jewelry design, or a related field is a bonus, but not required.
What You’ll Do:
- Offer an elevated, personalized shopping experience for every customer, especially around styling and accessorizing with jewelry.
- Maintain a beautiful, inspiring, and organized store environment.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and proactive client outreach.
- Be a true brand ambassador for Bella & Wren, representing our style, vision, and values.
