Big Life Bakery is looking for a passionate, organized, and self-motivated Bakery Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role
As Bakery Supervisor, you’ll help oversee the daily operation of the bakery while leading by example. You’ll work alongside our team in both production and front of house, ensuring exceptional products, excellent customer service, and a positive workplace culture.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is self-motivated and takes initiative
- Is organized, dependable, and enjoys leading a team
- Is passionate about food, organic farming, and sustainable ingredients
- Has baking experience (especially sourdough, an asset)
- Has front-of-house or café experience (an asset)
- Enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Is excited to contribute ideas and help grow the business
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day bakery operations
- Support baking and food preparation
- Help maintain product quality and consistency
- Assist with customer service and front-of-house operations
- Coordinate daily workflow and support team members
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help with inventory, ordering, and organization and invoicing
- Contribute creative ideas for products, systems, and growth
