Position: Brand Sampling Representative (Taster)

About us
T3 Group connects individuals with local beverage brands for in- store sampling events at NSLC locations. Tasters represent client brands by offering product samples, sharing key product knowledge, and creating a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent craft beverage brands professionally at assigned NSLC locations.
- Provide 2oz product samples to eligible customers (max two samples per customer).
- Engage customers with brand information, tasting notes, and key product insights.
- Set up sampling stations 15 minutes prior to the start time
- Maintain accurate records of samples given and product sales estimates.
- Submit a post-tasting report, including product performance data.
- Handle all products and equipment according to NSLC and T3 protocols.
- Uphold all legal and safety standards for alcohol sampling.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 19 years.
- Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., Serve Right or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- Must wear branded apparel (either T3 or the client’s). Casual is also acceptable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage CAD $18.00 / hour
- Training on product knowledge and sales techniques
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
