Journeyman Electrician – Oilfield (Shaunavon, SK)
Crossroads Energy Solutions is currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician for immediate work in the Shaunavon, Saskatchewan area.

The successful candidate:
- Has a safety-first mindset
- Journeyman Electrician with 5–10 years of upstream oilfield electrical experience
- Experience with common oilfield equipment including gas and refrigeration compressors, VFD packages, MCC sections, separator packages, dehydrators, and line heaters
- Experience completing oilfield electrical construction, maintenance, commissioning, and startup activities
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing VFDs, electric motors, heat trace systems, switchgear, PLCs, RTUs, and oilfield instrumentation
- Programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, and communication systems would be considered an asset
- Able to locate and navigate to oilfield locations using UWI and LSD coordinates throughout Western Canada
- Perform maintenance and construction field work throughout the region
- Coordinate daily site activities with customers while maintaining a safe, productive work environment
- Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and execution plans
- Assist with estimating small field projects
- Reports to the Regional Manager
- Performs well in a team environment
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required
- Displays a self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Has current First Aid, H2S Alive, and Arc Flash Training. CSTS/ESTS, Fall Arrest, and Elevated Work Platform certifications are considered assets.

Preference will be given to applicants with previous upstream oilfield electrical experience. Candidates must be Canadian Citizens currently residing within one hour of Shaunavon or willing to relocate within three months.
