TEK- N HVAC is a growing HVAC company serving residential and light commercial customers throughout the GTA. We are looking for a hardworking and dependable HVAC Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC trade.
No HVAC experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company.
Duties
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and ductwork.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with job site preparation and cleanup.
- Learn HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and installation procedures.
Skills
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
