West Coast Water Treatment Ltd. (WCWT) is a locally owned and managed company based out of South Surrey, BC, that services all of British Columbia. We are an innovative and environmentally friendly organization with decades of knowledge specializing in Water Treatment and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) solutions for our clients. We also offer water treatment equipment rentals, servicing of permanent onsite systems and supply of various polymers and media for all types of water treatment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented WATER TREATMENT SALES CANDIDATE to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the environmental and construction industry, demonstrating a track record of driving sales and fostering lasting client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and contribute to the growth and success of WCWT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a full understanding of WCWT’s market focus and product offerings.
- Utilize multiple channels including cold calling to engage prospective clients and establish an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Use your industry knowledge and experience to establish and enhance relationships with key contacts and decision-makers at prospective customer accounts.
- Close sales agreements to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate WCWT's value proposition.
- Represent WCWT at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and promote the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress reaching sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of Sales experience, specifically within the construction, environmental, water/wastewater, oil & gas, mining, or other related industry.
- Meeting/exceeding sales targets and retaining Clients within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated presentation skills - comfortable speaking in client/project meetings and seminars.
- Proficiency in understanding Water Treatment solutions and trends, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to quickly generate a high-quality pipeline and manage multiple client relationships.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, with a willingness to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Persistence, resilience, and determined sales focus.
- Passion for learning, especially in the areas of Water Treatment.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales or related field is an asset.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing.

Income & Commission: Base Income plus Commission. Depending on Experience.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
