What You’ll Do:
- Help restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and mold damage
- Use hand tools and power tools to clean, rebuild, and bring spaces back to life
- Work alongside experienced team members who will train and support you
- Learn how to assess damage and choose the right restoration methods
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Stay in communication with supervisors and clients as jobs progress
- Take part in training and development as you grow with the company
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable using basic hand tools (we’ll train you on the rest)
- Good with your hands and willing to get dirty — this is physical work
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
- Eager to learn a trade that can grow into a long-term career
