Role Overview
As an HVAC & Plumbing Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our commercial project customers. You will guide businesses through important decisions, provide clear and accurate information, and ensure each client feels supported from the first conversation to project completion. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to translate technical information into customer‑friendly guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site consultations to assess HVAC and Plumbing needs for clients
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and complete takes-offs
- Prepare detailed accurate quotes and sizing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow‑up to ensure customer exceeds satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with technicians and management to ensure seamless service
- Handle and prioritize incoming sales opportunities, track sales, follow up, make cold calls and maintain organized documentation
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately, thoroughly, and in accordance with company standards
- Educate customers on products, services, and maintenance programs
- Uphold Titanium Mechanical’s standards of professionalism, respect, and customer care in every interaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior knowledge or experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or construction is an asset
- Sales experience and a customer service background are considered strong assets
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating within the sales team, dispatch and management
- Have problem solving skills to identify issues and offer effective, solution‑focused recommendations for HVAC and Plumbing challenges
- Comfortable using digital tools for quoting, scheduling, and communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks
- A dedication to honest communication, customer care, and delivering a high standard of service
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Strong personal management skills are essential, including self‑awareness, responsible behavior, a positive attitude, take initiative, reliable, problem solving, and sound decision‑making
