About Us
At Halo Health + Wellness, we believe movement is medicine. Our brand-new clinic has opened as of April 2026, and we’re creating a warm, modern, and empowering space where clients can heal, move, and thrive. Our team of health and wellness professionals is passionate about blending science with compassion to deliver care that feels personal, uplifting, and effective.
We’re looking for a Registered Kinesiologist to join us and help shape the future of our Halo Community.
Your Role
In this role, you’ll guide clients through tailored movement programs that enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to help clients recover from injury, prevent future issues, and optimize their physical performance.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional assessments and create individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Educate clients on movement strategies, posture, injury prevention, and lifestyle optimization.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, Clinical Pilates instructors, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
- Lead small-group or one-on-one sessions safely and effectively.
- Contribute to a welcoming, motivating, and supportive clinic environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Kinesiology.
- Registered and in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- CSEP-CEP/CSEP-CPT an asset.
- Experience with rehabilitation, injury prevention, and strength/conditioning programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and support clients.
- Passion for holistic, evidence-based care.
What We Offer
- Be part of an exciting clinic — help shape the culture from the ground up.
- Laundry service included (off-site — we handle it, so you don’t have to worry).
- JaneApp for seamless booking, scheduling, and charting.
- A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commission-Split Role – You’ll receive a percentage of each session, while the remainder goes to the clinic to cover space, equipment, laundry service, booking systems, and administrative support. This allows you to focus on your clients while we handle the logistics.
- Flexible scheduling + opportunities for growth as our clinic expands.
- A beautiful, modern space designed for wellness and connection.
If you’re passionate about mindful movement, love helping clients feel strong and supported, and want to be part of building a beautiful new clinic from the ground up — we’d love to meet you.
