Typical Pay Rates:
- Foreman: $36-$40/hr (Typical Experience: 8-15+ years)
- Lead Hand: $30-$34/hr (Typical Experience 5-10 years)
- Installer: $22-$28/hr (Typical Experience 2-6 years)
- Labourer: $18-$22/hr (Typical Experience 0-2 years)
- Live Out Allowance: $50/day (When travelling for work)

About the Role:
As a Roofer you'll be responsible for installing various roofing systems on commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical strength, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install flat roofing systems including TPO and EPDM
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Work at heights on roofs, scaffolding, or lifts
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and setting up job sites
- Follow directions from upper management
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in roofing installation or exterior construction preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Willing to Travel for work
