Responsibilities
- Assist with dispatch
- Update Transplus in "real-time" as events occur
- Ensure all billings and driver info is accurate so loads are invoiced correctly and drivers paid correctly
- Customer service updates via email or phone so customers are kept informed of any delays and/or issues
- Arrange empty trailers for drivers (use city driver to recoup)
- Respond to all emails as required
- Answer phones as necessary
- Update drivers of delays or changes to their schedule (and notify customers)
- Read and respond to drivers messages
- Verify information when communicating with a driver
- Coordinate local pick up or delivery when needed to support highway operation
- Monitoring Fleet to ensure that we provide on-time service to customers
