Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Change linens, replenish supplies, and dispose of trash appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of client spaces
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
- Experience in commercial cleaning settings is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
