Our Management Trainee role is designed for high-potential early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in a growing HVAC business. This is a hands-on development opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into future leadership roles within the company.
Unlike a rigid one-size-fits-all training path, this role is designed around both business needs and individual strengths. Depending on your background and experience, you may begin in warehouse operations or inside sales support. From there, you will gain exposure to other functions across the business to develop a broader understanding of our products, processes, customers, and day-to-day operations.
Depending on business needs and individual strengths, this role may develop over time toward operations, sales support, business coordination, customer communication, marketing support, or data-driven business functions.
The purpose of this role is to build a strong foundation in how the business works, develop practical cross-functional knowledge, and prepare high-potential individuals for greater responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Start in a core business function such as warehouse operations or inside sales support, depending on background and business needs
- Learn daily business processes through hands-on training and real operational involvement
- Support order processing, inventory flow, shipping and receiving, and customer service activities
- Develop strong product knowledge and understanding of HVAC business operations
- Assist with quotation support, order follow-up, customer communication, and internal coordination
- Gain exposure to purchasing, supply coordination, sales support, marketing support, and other business functions
- Work closely with different departments to understand the full business workflow
- Take initiative in learning, problem-solving, and contributing to team goals
- Gradually take on increased responsibilities as knowledge and capabilities grow
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Comfortable working with data, reports, or digital tools in a business environment
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- A strong academic background is preferred
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
- Previous experience in warehouse, customer service, operations, inside sales support, coordination, marketing support, or analytical work is an asset
- HVAC industry experience is an asset but not required
