We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Taber team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparation of final year end package for clients
-
E-filing of tax returns and other filings
-
Scanning of documents and records
-
Electronic filing
-
Reception and switchboard coverage
-
General administrative functions
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone with:

Demonstrate strong, positive relationships with fellow Team Members and clients

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
