WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Talking to homeowners (in person) to offer free painting estimates
- Booking appointments directly into our calendar
- Logging conversations and results in company provided app
- Representing our brand at a high level in the community
THIS ISN’T FOR EVERYONE:
We’re looking for someone sharp and self-motivated. You’ll be working independently. this is not a “clock in and hide” kind of job. You’ll need to be confident knocking on doors, and hungry to get results.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must be 18+
- Reliable phone and internet connection for canvassing
- Strong communication skills

- Highly motivated
COMPENSATION:
- Base hourly rate + performance bonuses (most reps make $20–$35/hr+)
- Flexible scheduling (16+ hrs/week)
- Bi-Weekly pay

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Door-to-door: 1 year (preferred)
