Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple customer interactions daily
- Utilize analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform analysis to understand customer needs and suggest suitable options
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus
