We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to oversee daily operations of our hotel sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing groups, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the hotel’s standards of service. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
Duties
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining service quality standards.
- Manage revenue management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services and increase occupancy rates.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales management or a related hospitality role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations and staff coordination.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
