Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time | Uncapped Commission-Based Opportunity
Are you driven, energetic, and confident on the phone? Do you love sales, relationship-building, and creating opportunities? We’re looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys meaningful conversations, and wants to be part of a high-performance environment where effort directly impacts results.
About the Role
As an SDR, your primary focus will be reconnecting with and nurturing leads already within our agents’ databases. You’ll engage with long-term prospects, revive opportunities that may have gone cold, and help generate qualified appointments and conversations for our sales agents.
This is not a cold-calling role to random lists.
You’ll be working within established databases and systems to create genuine conversations and opportunities.
You’ll play a critical role in:
- Following up with older leads and long-term prospects
- Booking appointments and consultations
- Supporting agents with consistent communication and accountability
- Helping create more face-to-face opportunities for the sales team
- Maintaining organized follow-up and relationship management
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and conversations
- Engage leads in a proactive and relationship-focused way
- Reconnect with inactive or long-term prospects
- Schedule buyer consultations, listing appointments, and showings
- Track conversations and notes within CRM systems
- Work closely with assigned agents and support their pipeline growth
- Maintain consistency in follow-up and communication
