Are you an experienced interlock professional who knows how to build quality projects and lead people?
We're looking for a highly skilled Interlock Repair & Installation Operations Manager to oversee multiple crews while helping us continue to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service.
This is not just another foreman position. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, lead a team, and be rewarded for the results they produce.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for managing multiple two-person crews working mainly on interlock repair, lift and relay, and some new installation projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Hiring, interviewing, and helping build a strong team
- Training new crew members in proper installation and repair techniques
- Coaching crews to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Solving problems that arise on active job sites
- Scheduling and coordinating multiple crews to keep projects on track
- Performing quality control inspections before, during, and after projects
- Ensuring every project meets our workmanship standards
- Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicating with customers when necessary
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Operations Responsibilities
You'll also oversee the daily logistics that keep our crews productive, including:
- Delivering fully stocked work bins using our hook lift truck
- Ensuring each work bin contains all required tools, equipment, and materials
- Coordinating material deliveries
- Keeping crews supplied throughout the day
- Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules when needed
- Ensuring crews stay productive from start to finish
Each crew operates from a dedicated work bin, allowing jobs to run efficiently with minimal downtime.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- Extensive experience with interlock installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of lift and relay projects
- Leadership experience managing multiple crews
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- The ability to motivate and hold team members accountable
- Experience hiring and training employees
- A commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
- The ability to manage several active projects at the same time
- A valid driver's licence
- A clean driver's abstract
- Experience operating trucks and equipment (hook lift experience is an asset but training can be provided)

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
