Qualifications:
- Child Development Supervisor Certification (Level 3) or equivalent
- Proven leadership and organizational skills in a childcare setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood education practices and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of childcare programs
- Mentor and support staff to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and policies
