- MV Infrastructures Maritimes, a company specialized in commercial floating dock installation, is hiring a crew lead / site supervisor (foreman, site supervisor) to lead an installation crew for our clients: marinas, yacht clubs, municipalities, and waterfront condominiums.
- You'll lead the crew in the field and on the water, from loading through final installation, delivering the quality and timelines our clients expect.
- Your responsibilities
- Lead the crew on each site, working from boats and barges on the water
- Hit daily volume targets in the fewest hours possible
- Plan the work, equipment, and logistics for each site
- Enforce health and safety rules (on-water work)
- Ensure on-site client satisfaction and represent MVIM professionally
- Coach, motivate, and retain crew members
- Verify site data (hours, volume) for client invoicing
- What we're looking for
- Experience supervising a crew or worksite (construction, landscaping, marine, material handling, or a related field)
- Leadership, strong organization, results-driven
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all weather, and on the water
- Able to lift heavy loads
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (required)
