The successful applicant will be responsible for food preparation. Specializing in Breads, Desserts and pastries, Specialty cakes, Cake Decorating.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, dough's and batters
- Bake mixed dough and batters-Prepare special orders
- Ensure that the quality of products meets establishedstandards
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in preparation, baking and handing of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Work with specialized cooking equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
