Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Manage sales cycle from product presentations to closing deals, including negotiations and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Pipedrive to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for growth.
- Assist in business development initiatives by developing targeted outreach campaigns and networking at industry events.
- Provide ongoing account management support to ensure client success and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and strategic analysis.
