JOB DESCRIPTION: Mobile Street Team — Tour & Sales Ambassador
WORK HOURS: 8 hour shifts, on a scheduled five day work week. Scheduled days will be predetermined based on operational needs. Must be available weekends.
LOCATION: Unit #1 Burrard Landing, 1055 Canada Place Vancouver, B.C, Canada, V6C 0C3
TERM: Full Time, Seasonal (June-September)

As a Mobile Street Team Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Seair Seaplanes out in the city — engaging visitors and locals at high-traffic locations across Vancouver to spark excitement, answer questions, and turn curiosity into confirmed bookings. You’ll sell scenic flights, scheduled inter-city services, and private charters, representing one of BC’s most iconic aviation experiences at its busiest and most rewarding time of year.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Engage clients at hubs & waterfront spots
- Sell scenic tours, scheduled routes & private charters on the spot
- Process bookings via mobile POS and booking platforms
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Report daily leads, conversion rates & guest feedback
- Coordinate with reservations on availability & scheduling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident, outgoing personality with natural sales instincts
- 1+ year in tourism, hospitality, or direct sales
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day
- Strong knowledge of Vancouver and BC as a destination
- Multilingual skills a major asset (Mandarin, Spanish, French)
- Reliable, self-motivated & available the full May–Sept season
